White Hart Renaissance Faire

Filed under: News — nancy @ 2:25 am

The second season of the White Hart Renaissance Faire brought new changes and growth.  It was so exciting to see what this small core group of folk did to grow their faire – vendor booths, demonstration areas (including an oven in which fresh rolls are baked daily), new stages and even the game of cricket was taught.  During the run of the faire, a new secluded area was magically transformed

into the Wedding Bower where a wedding was performed this season (Eric & Julie were married by Queen Elizabeth I - beautiful ceremony) and a tree was dedicated to Charles (co-owner of the faire), who passed on earlier in the year.    Performers from the first year returned and new performers came to share their talents.

If you have never seen a faire grow from infancy, this is the one to watch and visit yearly.  Each year will bring new and exciting changes.  I hope you choose to be a part of the White Hart Renaissance Faire in Hartville, MO.
